3. Mullite refractory castable. Due to its high thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, good corrosion resistance, good volume stability, and high operating temperature, mullite castable is commonly used in heating furnace walls, roofs, and pressure beams, or for prefabricating burner bricks.
4. Bauxite cement refractory castable. Bauxite cement castable is commonly used in the low-temperature zone of heating furnaces, flue parts, and the body of heating furnaces with temperatures not exceeding 1300℃. It has characteristics such as fast setting speed, high strength, good thermal shock resistance, and good slag resistance. While meeting the refractory performance requirements of the heating furnace body, it also improves the construction performance of the furnace body.
5. Low-cement refractory castable. Low-cement castable is suitable for high and medium temperature zones of heating furnaces, with an operating temperature range of 1400-1500℃. Its main characteristics include moderate setting speed, good thermal shock resistance, high refractoriness under load, strong slag resistance, and high refractoriness.
